Arbetstagare som har utsetts att företräda sin organisation för att ta emot information enligt 19 a § får inte vägras skälig ledighet för att ta emot informationen. Lag (2005:392). |
Employees who have been appointed to represent their organisation for receipt of information under Section 19 a, may not be refused reasonable leave to receive the information. (SFS 2005:392) |
