Är en arbetsgivare bunden av ett kollektivavtal som denna lag inte är direkt tillämplig på och träffar han därefter ett kollektivavtal enligt bestämmelserna i 23--24 §§ skall i de delar avtalen är oförenliga det senare avtalet gälla. Lag (1991:681). |
Where an employer who is bound by a collective bargaining agreement to which this Act is not directly applicable and subsequently enters into a collective bargaining agreement under the provisions of Sections 23 - 24, the latter agreement shall have precedence to the extent the two agreements are incompatible.
