För medling i arbetstvister mellan å ena sidan en arbetsgivare eller arbetsgivarorganisation och å andra sidan en arbetstagarorganisation finns Medlingsinstitutet. Institutet ska verka för en väl fungerande lönebildning. Lag (2013:615). |
The National Mediation Office exists to mediate in industrial disputes between an employer or employers’ organisation and an employees’ organisation. The Office is also required to promote effective wage formation. (SFS 2013:615) |
