En parts skyldighet enligt 18 § att vid förhandling hålla skriftlig handling tillgänglig för motparten gäller även i förhållande till en medlare som medverkar vid förhandlingen. Lag (2000:163). |
A party's obligation under Section 18 to make available to the other party any written document in the course of negotiations shall also apply in relation to a mediator who is participating in negotiations. (SFS 2000:163) |
