2 b §	Section 2b
Regeringen får meddela föreskrifter i frågor som faller under Arbetsmiljöverkets tillsynsansvar om att 2 a § första och andra styckena ska gälla även i fråga om att följa Europaparlamentets och rådets förordning (EG) nr 1907/2006 av den 18 december 2006 om registrering, utvärdering, godkännande och begränsning av kemikalier (Reach), inrättande av en europeisk kemikaliemyndighet, ändring av direktiv 1999/45/EG och upphävande av rådets förordning (EEG) nr 793/93 och kommissionens förordning (EG) nr 1488/94 samt rådets direktiv 76/ 769/EEG och kommissionens direktiv 91/155/EEG, 93/67/EEG, 93/105/EG och 2000/21/EG. The Government may issue regulations on matters that come under the responsibility of the Swedish Work Environment Authority for supervising the application of Section 2a, first and second paragraphs, with respect to compliance with Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), establishing a European Chemicals Agency, amending Directive 1999/45/EC and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No 793/93 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 1488/94 as well as Council Directive 76/769/EEC and Commission Directives 91/155/EEC, 93/67/EEC, 93/105/EC and 2000/21/EC.
