En myndighets beslut i enskilda fall enligt denna lag eller enligt föreskrifter som har meddelats med stöd av lagen får överklagas till allmän förvaltningsdomstol. |
Decisions in individual cases by a government agency under this Act or under regulations issued pursuant to this Act may be appealed to an administrative court. |
