Till böter döms en arbetsgivare som uppsåtligen eller av oaktsamhet

A fine may be imposed on an employer who intentionally or negligently:

En gärning som omfattas av ett föreläggande enligt 22 § ska inte medföra straffansvar enligt första stycket. Lag (2013:611). |
An act that is covered by an order under Section 22 shall not give rise to criminal liability in accordance with the first paragraph. |
