Arbetsmiljöverket har rätt att på begäran få de upplysningar och handlingar som behövs för tillsynen. |
The Swedish Work Environment Authority has the right to request and obtain the information and documents necessary for the purpose of supervision. |

För att utöva tillsynen har Arbetsmiljöverket rätt att komma in på arbetsställena. Polismyndigheten ska då lämna den handräckning som behövs. Lag (2014:660). |
The Swedish Work Environment Authority is entitled to enter workplaces in order to exercise supervision. The Police Authority shall provide the necessary assistance. Act (2014:660). |
